A car, drawn live at the gala

No purchase necessary. Free entries and paid-activity entries are placed in the same drawing pool and every entry has identical odds; buying anything does not improve the odds of any individual entry. Entries are earned only at the published rates below, and free entries earn the same number per entry. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Oregon who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Board members, officers, employees and volunteers of Demo High School, employees of Peak Fundraising, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. The sponsor may exclude any person it determines is ineligible.

Entry period. The entry period begins August 17, 2026 at 12:00 AM PDT and ends November 6, 2026 at 9:00 PM PST. Entries received outside the entry period are not counted.

How to enter. (a) Free entry: complete the free entry form online, or hand a completed free-entry card to a volunteer at the event. Each free entry is worth 15 entries. You may submit one free entry per day per method during the entry period. (b) Event activity: paid registrations, tickets and other paid activity for this event earn 1 entry for every $10 paid. A winning bid in the event's auction earns 3 times that rate on the winning amount. Entries from all sources are combined for each person, identified by email address.

Entry limit. No person may hold more than 2,000 entries in total, regardless of source. Entries above the limit are not counted.

Drawing. The drawing will be held November 6, 2026 at 9:30 PM PST. One entry is selected at random from all eligible entries by a computer-generated random draw. The drawing records the pool size, the random seed and the selected entry so it can be independently verified. The selected entrant must be present at the drawing to win. If the selected entrant is not present, or is found ineligible, that entry is set aside and another entry is drawn, and this repeats until a present, eligible winner is confirmed. Free drawing-only admission from 9:15pm on November 6 (no dinner or casino). You do not need a ticket to be present for the draw. No ticket or purchase is required to attend the drawing.

Prize. One prize: A car, drawn live at the gala. One vehicle (make, model, and retail value to be announced), awarded as-is. Taxes, title, registration, and insurance are the winner's responsibility. Winner must be present in the room at the 9:30pm drawing on November 6, 2026. The prize is awarded as is, with no substitution or cash equivalent except at the sponsor's sole discretion. The winner is responsible for all taxes, title, registration, licensing, insurance and any other costs of accepting the prize. The sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued at $600 or more, and the winner must complete a Form W-9 and an affidavit of eligibility before the prize is released.

Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Free entries and paid-activity entries have identical odds per entry.

General. By entering, you agree to these official rules and to the decisions of the sponsor, which are final. Personal information collected for entry is used only to administer the sweepstakes and is never sold or shared for advertising. Void where prohibited by law.

Board members, staff, their households, and NW Peak Fundraising staff are not eligible. Refunded orders forfeit entries. Only winning auction bids count. Sponsor: Demo High School Athletics (demonstration).
